We’re not a big agency.

We’re a lean digital marketing team obsessed with clarity, results, and strategic execution.

Now we’re looking for a Client Success & Business Development Partner who can move like us — with speed, sharp communication, and a mindset wired for outcomes.

This is not a salaried job. It’s a revenue-share partner track designed for someone who’s ready to grow with us, not just work for us.

What You'll Do

  • Lead confident conversations with business owners
  • Identify goals, scope solutions, and translate needs into clear next steps
  • Guide clients through websites, SEO, branding, content, and digital campaigns
  • Manage communication between client and our internal execution team
  • Track deliverables, updates, and progress in Notion
  • Write proposals, project briefs, and strategic updates
  • Follow up, re-engage, and help turn one-time clients into long-term wins

You’ll be a trusted point of contact — part communicator, part strategist, part operator.

You're a Fit If You

  • Carry yourself with clarity, confidence, and warmth — calm, poised, and easy to trust
  • Make a strong first impression — whether in writing, on Zoom, or across the table
  • Understand digital marketing basics: websites, SEO, funnels, content, ads
  • Communicate clearly, listen deeply, and speak with purpose
  • Are proactive, organized, and responsive
  • Can move fluidly between client conversations and team execution

You don’t need to code. You don’t need to design.
You do need to lead conversations, follow through, and think like an owner.

Compensation Model

This is a partner track — you earn based on the value you help deliver.
